All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc.

Payment in full is required before I start on your order. These are custom ordered items, made to your specifications and in most cases are personalized and cannot be resold. Therefore to ensure follow through and your interest in the item, payment is due as with any online shopping.

All sales are final. Because your items are handmade for you, there will be no refunds once payment is made. If you have concerns regarding a project, please speak with me directly.

By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on Sequins and Sirens Facebook page and social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared or you would like it posted at a later date please let me know.

We offer bulk discounts! Orders of 20 or more will receive a 10% off total purchase price (BULK10) and orders of 50 or more will receive 15% off (BULK15). Please remember to enter the appropriate discount code at checkout.

MY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I will complete your order in my timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. Any questions or changes I may have, will be communicated to you.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to personal or professional circumstances.
